Water jet cutting is a highly efficient, cold processing technology suitable
for almost all materials, to a tolerance of 2/10 mm. A re-machining is not necessary.
This is carried out by a high-pressure water jet of 4,000 bar with
the addition of garnet sand, finely tuned relative to the material in work.

AQUAtec works with a total of three water jet cutting machines.
The two large machines which are called FLOW/FORACON,
can perform high precision cutting in sizes up to 16,000 x 4,000 mm.
In addition, they have a special equipment to cut carbon fibre reinforced plastic,
as well as for cutting hollow or special shaped parts up to a height of 1,250mm.

The third machine, called a RIDDER, cuts three dimensional components up to 1,000 mm
and has a circular axis especially for processing pipes.

In our two CHIRON MILL vertical processing centres
we do the in-house pre-machining for welding seams, therefore saving you time and costs.

One of the two machines is on rails, and has a length mobility of up to 22 metres.
